Luxury holiday house with pool and golf green: it is an old farmhouse dating from the eighteenth century and is located in the nature park "Los Alcornocales". The house has been renovated while maintaining its rustic style, but it is equipped with all the comfort of a luxury villa: service for maintenance of the buildings, garden, heated pool, green of golf, gym, etc.

With its privileged position, close to the main route for cyclists, it offers its visitors an active holiday with trekking, mountain biking, golfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, etc. as well as a perfect place to relax completely. To Tarifa you need about 15min by car, 7km road and 3km field path (which is in good condition).

The estate with its 3000m² is surrounded by a large stone wall and offers space for up to 9 people (staff not included), 6 adults and 3 children, spread out in different buildings.

The main house has a large living-dining room with TV, DVD, digital satellite, Internet access, a fireplace, heating and air conditioning. In addition it has a fully equipped kitchen, two double bed rooms and two bath rooms. The master bedroom has a panoramic window with a stunning view over the park Los Alcornocales, down to the Atlantic and with good visibility to Africa.

It has two large terraces and a rustic porch with a small pond. Also there is a terrace, protected by awnings, which can be used as a dining area on windy days, as well as a Balinese bed.

Furthermore, there is an independent guest cottage with one bed room, bath room, living room and porch.

On the upper part is another building with a gym. This provides all the necessary equipment to complete a full training program.

The garden is one of the main attractions of this charming estate: the barbecue area, the vegetable garden, the tall trees and palm trees, the lawn and especially the artificial golf green with bunker to practice the approach and putting. As well as the heated swimming pool, which is provided with a mobile cover. It has an outdoor shower with hot and cold water, which makes the removal of the pool at all times pleasant.

Included in the price is the staff that takes care of the daily maintenance of the house, garden and swimming pool. The staff lives in a separate house, which offers our tenants complete privacy as well as the comfort of a full-service (except Saturday from 2pm until monday 8am).
