How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Cozy holiday apartment in Bolonia

Holiday apartment near the beach in Bolonia: The small "Trajano" resort is situated just 300 meters from the beautiful beach of this small village in the Cadiz province
From the hightst floor of this three-storey building, where the apartment is located, you have good views towards the roofs of Bolonia, the sea and on clear days you can see easely the coastline of Morrocco and the Rif mountains.
The window of the living room of the accommodation is south facing, so, that you can enjoy a lot of sun. However, in order to avoid to much heat inside, an air conditioner is installed in the lounge.
The main room combienes the living room with the open kitchen. There is a sofa (sofa-bed for an possible additional cild) and a TV, and the meals you can take at the dinig table.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, fridge & freezer, washing machine and sink.
The bedroom faces to the back of the building and has 2 single beds or a double bed (there are several apartments of the same typ, and it depends on availability. The kind of bed is not guaranteed). Apart you find here a larghe wardrobe with plenty space for your luggage.
In the bathroom, there is a bathtub with shower, bidet, sink and toilet. Everything is in very good conditions and you quickly will feel at home.
Wifi internet is provided!
Just around the corner of the resort is located a small supermarket and several restaurants. To the beach it only takes a 5 minutes walk. 
This is the most beautiful beach on the Costa de la Luz. Enjoy its white sands and the crystal clear water of the Atlantic Ocean!
You can stroll along the waterfront to the end of the bay, and explore there the gigantic sand dune, covering part of the pine fores beside.
A few meters from the beach is the archeological complex "Baelo Claudia" wit the remains of this Roman settlement. Don't miss it! The sientists have done a great job and now a huge part of this ancient village is exposed. A few years ago was completed the museum of this center, where one can see a lot of intersting things about life as it was 2000 years ago.
In the afternoon it's highly recommended to visit one of the beach bars and enjoy the sunset having a drink and listening to some chill-out music.
In Bolonia there is as well a windsurf station and especially, when in Tarifa it's too windy, you find here best conditions for windsurfing.
Around Bolonia we have many hiking trails - for example to the top of the "San Bartolome" mountain, from where you can enjoy breathtaking views and also practice climbing on one of the best areas throughout Spain.
Bolonia is pure recreatio: an idyllic beach, the sea, surf, nature, small restaurants - and this beautiful apartment is all you need for a holiday in this magical place.
