How to book

1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.

2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!

3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.

4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.

5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.

6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.

 

Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Well equipped holiday house with pool near Facinas

Holiday house near the village of Facinas, about 5 km from the dream beaches of Bolonia and Punta Paloma at the end of the bay of Tarifa.

This property has been renovated completly recently and is now a high standard home with all the comfort of modern life. It has a porch, a large garden and a terrace with BBQ and great views towards the Andalusien countryside.

There are 3 bedrooms : 1 with a double bed and private bathroom with shower, 1 with 2 single beds and another one with 1 single bed. There is a second bathroom with bathtub for the other bedrooms.

The spacious living room has a sofa opposite to a large flat screen TV. From the lounge you have access to the furnished terrace with table and chairs, where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air.

The fully equipped open kitchen is connected to the living room and has a dishwasher, oven, toaster, blender and all utensils, pots and pans needed to cook at home.

This beautiful house is located very near to Facinas, but still far enough to have all the tranquility for perfect recreation. You access by car without problems. The road is good.
Nearby we find the most beautiful beaches of the Costa de la Luz - Bolonia and Punta Paloma. One of the best climbing zones in all Spain - the mountain of San Bartolomé - is just 5 km away.
Who likes to take the mountainbike, will be delighted with the great variety of routes to do through the Nature park "Los Alcornocales". Tarifa is about 15 km away. From here goes the ferry to Tangier in Morocco. Organized daytrips are available. The kitesurf and windsurf beaches are easily reached by car in about 10-15 minutes. 

Recreation in a ver well equipped holiday house near the best beaches and with many possibilities for outdoor activities!
